The wonderful thing about this school is that we have so many people from around the world attending here. It definitely makes life more interesting, even if culture shock is inevitable (but what's life without a few surprises?)
Thanksgiving is coming up soon, and that's obviously one of the bigger holidays here in the United States. While I'm certainly one for big meals, embarrassing family conversations, and the usual kitchen shenanigans, I thought it would be nice to head to the Catskills for a few days instead, if the teachers would allow it~?
Also, Black Friday is the day right after Thanksgiving and someone is coming with me to scout out those sales~
