I like how he's doing the same thing, but pretends he isn't via not-so-subtle semantic re-defining. I wonder how much of the populace he's actually fooling with this tactic.

I have mixed feelings on how to best handle this. My reaction is that this is inherently wrong, to detain people for crimes they haven't yet

I couldn't care less if the CIA tortured him (if they did it was one of the few good things they've done in years). Also Hassan (who has terrorist ties and preached hate against our fellow Americans) now wants American money for 'compensation' to say that I despise people like Hassan and the so called gitmo victims would be a massive understatement.
