Just when I'd successfully conquered my paranoia, I came across the following video, which came out in November of 2006. I've never understood he fawning over google besides this, there's also the fact they helped China with heavily censoring the internet for its citizens. Which I kind of see as proof of something I always say, you can't create real change inside the system. By the time you get the money or the leverage to do any real damage you've compromised yourself into becoming just another cog in the system.

Not just in China. A friend sent me a link to prove this. He told me to try to get this page up on my browser. He sent it on MySpace and I tried to click to it and got a window that it was a suspected harmful site. So I put it directly into my browser and got the damnedest Google window trying to redirect me by saying I was trying to go to a nonexistent site. The spookiest part of this was that if I hadn't been paying attention, I may well have not realized, why the fuck was I getting this window?! If the site wasn't valid I would have just gotten a window saying so, and it would not be from Google. By juggling around deleting letters and reinserting them as he suggested, I finally got to the site ( ... )
