Hoddeok (Korean filled sweet pancakes)
I just made hoddeok, and let me tell you it is really good. They are a Korean street food pancake type thing. They are really crispy on the outside but yet really chewy. They are filled with brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. If you look at the photo on the right you can see one I ripped open to show the hoot gooey filling inside.
If you want to know how to make them I suggest just visiting My Korean Kitchen because there is a tutorial and recipe there. These must be served fresh and hot! OK now that I had some and everything I better go running (yes it is raining hard too) to pay for my diet sin.
