That's how it was with me last year. Everyone thought I was going to wear pants to the sweethearts.
Yeah, everyone is making a huge deal out of it now, but after it's over, no one will. IT'S ACTUALLY REALLY BORING. You stand in an overcrowded gym, with gross sweaty smelly bodies, in expensive dresses. OK. YEAH. HI. POINTLESS MUCH? Yeah, that's what i thought.
IT'S NOT THE PROM. It's a small dance. You shouldn't be spending hundreds of dollars on dresses and getting ready. it's so dumb.

i'm not going to another show until Bloodlined Calligraphy plays sometime in March. then that'll probably be the last show i go to for a while after too.
but anyhow, i pretty much don't talk to anyone anymore either.
i guess it's not bad though because next year we'll be going to high school so most of the people i'm friends with now i might not even be friends with next year, you know?
