So tonight is the all awaited "Sweethearts Dance" at Roosevelt.
OH. ON THAT FIRST NOTE.
HELP ME BANISH TANNING BEDS FROM ALL NINETH GRADERS.
okay. So many people have gotten BURNT because of them.
& they have bad tanning lines on their faces.
And then everyone complains about it.
I'm quite happy being pasty white.
HELLO, we are in the middle of winter.
No person in their right mind has tan lines.
GET A LIFE.
Everyone is making this thing a big SHA-BANG.
Going all out for a silly 9th grade formal.
Yeah, we don't get to do this much.
Or we don't get to do it at all.
But still.
I plan on having fun tonight.
Everyones like "OMG JANE ITS GOING TO BE SO WEIRD SEEING YOU IN A DRESS."
I even had one person ask me if I am wearing a dress tonight,
b/c they thought maybe I would wear pants or something.
HELLO I DRESS UP LIKE THE REST OF YOU.
Just because the way I dress in school doesnt mean I can't put on a dress.
Tonight I'm going to prove to everyone that I can be "pretty"
& dres up like all them, but still have a dress that is "Me"
and not turn into some freak prep.
I want to feel pretty tonight. Like people are astonded with how I look.
Its going to mean alot to me tonight about how I look.
Bertha is coming over this after noon and we're going to hang out.
For like the first time in over a month, maybe month and a half.
Shes going to help me on my road to be pretty tonight.
so yeah.idk. im eating raw noodles. comment.kbye.
I forgot to mention that I'm going with Will to the dance.
I'm pretty excited to hang out with Jess Bo and him.
And going out to eat after the dance,
then heading off to Daril's were theres supposed to be like 50 people going.
& I love it how I feel like I'm loosing every single person
that meant anything to me.
I hardly talk to Rachel and Cort anymore, except for the 2 shows that I go to a month.
Me and Brittany are still ehh.
I sorta talk to Nikki still,
but even that is getting vague.
That is pretty much the extent to my best friends.
But, I'm starting to hang out with the people from Jess' neighborhood again.
Aubrey is still my best friend from cheerleading.
& soon I'll have an update about that.
Me and Molly are still as dumb as we usually are.
& thats pretty much my friends from school.
I'm pretty pathetic.
