running is overrated.

63 minutes
treadmill only
575 calories burned
5.08 miles

walking speed no more/less than 4.5

running, no incline speed 6.8

i did mostly walking
incline 7.5
then increased to 12.0 incline
then the last mile i did incline 13.5

i did run for one minute speed 6.3 on incline 7.0
my airways were closing in, so a minute was all i could do.
i barely made it the minute.

but i am surprised at how many calories i burned just by walking.
i've been nervous to go back to the gym because of the treadmill, i didn't think i could run anymore because it's been a week.
now i know i don't have to run. i can walk and still burn many calories.

on a dirty note: im not sure if i brushed my teeth this morning, i honestly can't remember if i did, but i don't remember not doing it.
so i just brushed them extra hard just in case.

but anyway, i can do this walking thing, and im excited.
but right now, i must tend to my lungs and my underwear drawer.
