For my dreams I hold my life... for wishes I behold my nights
How could it be that three weeks have gone by in the blink of an eye... again? The Giro is gone already :( It has been quite an experience this year, so unpredictable, so spectacular! An applause to the ones who made it to the end and also the ones who had to retire, to the ones who won and the ones who lost, but tried to win everyday anyway and had the strength to smile and congratulate the winners.
The Giro is more than a race for me, it's almost like a friend, it keeps me company, it teaches me a lot about being strong and never giving up, it shows me that good things do happen, it lulls me to sleep at night and it makes me dream. And now it's time to say goodbye again... see you next year Giro, I'll be here, waiting :)
