Presents!: Fic, please! I'm an MSR-only girl, but I don't mind stories that are mostly gen as long as there's a hint or two of UST and no other pairings. I like a good post-ep or missing scene, or a very well-written casefile or colonization fic. I really, really like angst (of the hurt/comfort or Rescue!type, mostly), although for this time of year, I'd prefer there to be at least a bittersweet ending. Both RST and UST are fine, and I would have to say I prefer some kind of romance to be present. Ratings from G to R is fine.
Presents, The Truth: I really just want fic. I love Scully just a bit more than Mulder, but I love both of them an awful lot. MSR is my favorite, as long as it's very in-character and not overly schmoopy. Christmas fluff is fine, although as I've said, I also like some good angst. Skinner is awesome, and I wouldn't mind him showing up at all. I do require a plot, not *only* introspection or drabbles, although those are okay as part of a larger story.
I would rather get CSM’s cigarette butts: No other pairings, please, or stories where Mulder and Scully aren't the main characters (having other characters feature in the story is fine, of course!). No Mulder or Scully character death, unless it's for a post-TINH fic. No slash, and no abuse of any kind. Nothing wildly AU, please, especially messing with early, pre-FTF canon.
I guess if you want to go all out and do a crossover with another universe like Doctor Who, Dollhouse, In Plain Sight, Bones, or something else I like (please find some way of asking!), AU is fine as long as Mulder and Scully stay in character.
Timeline: Anything is fine, as long as it fits with my other stipulations about characters and pairings. I'd prefer S3 onwards, I suppose, and I'd be thrilled with IWTB-era, too.
What I can do: Pretty much just write fic. And just MSR or gen with MSR UST fic, at that.
What I absolutely CAN'T do: No vids or graphics or anything not fic. I don't really write what I don't read, so I won't do NC-17, slash, other pairings, etc., as listed above. I suppose if you really want character death, I could try that...
Are you able to be a back up? Not unless there's absolutely no other options - I am too busy to even be doing one fic right now. Heh.
