Presents!: I would really love an M/S LJ layout! I'm thinking about buying a paid account after Christmas and it would be awesome if I had a shiny new layout to go with it. :) I love earth tones and of course lots of Mulder and Scully. I'm also really into Muse's album Black Holes and Revelations right now, which has some great M/S lyrics, especially the song "Invincible." I also love fanfic. Gen/MSR only, please. I'm down for any rating you wanna throw at me. I've been reading NC-17 fic since I joined the fandom at 14. I love angst that has a glimmer of hope at the ending. Really I'm not that picky as long as it's MSR and stays that way the entire time.

I would rather get CSM’s cigarette butts: As far as fic goes, I can't stand historical AU's. They are never really in character and don't make much sense to me. I'm also not into slash or M/O, S/O. Any layout would be amazing, although I don't want anything Frohike/Flukeman.
Timeline: I'm really into season 4, it's my fave. :) But any season is a good season, so bring it on. The only thing I don't like is pre-season 6 RST, because in canon it didn't happen.
What I can do: I can pretty much only write fic at this point. Sadly I haven't made it any further into my vidding and icon making endeavors than I did last year. I love writing angsty MSR vignettes and piecing them together to make one big story. I can write sweet, but I prefer to write about sadder things. At thedrabblefiles I've written a lot of William angst, and I would love to be able to continue that trend. I like to write post-Truth, pre-IWTB fanfic or post-apocalypse, Mulder-and-Scully-couldn't-save-the-world fanfic. I'm into the cancer arc and what Mulder was feeling when she was dying. I like to write character insight and reflection- why do they do the things they do? Why exactly does Scully have men issues? Why does Mulder watch porn like regular people watch the news? Basically, if it's sad, I would love the chance to write it! Lately I have been wanting to write some pre-XF CSM/Teena/Bill love triangle, but I've never tried it before, so not sure how well that would work out.
Another thing I can do is create XF sheet music for piano. Not that anyone would be craving that for a Christmas gift, but you never know. Plus, I'm kind of willing to just do that for anyone, anytime because Mark Snow is a musical genius.
What I absolutely CAN'T do: Like I said before, I can only write fic. I could make a vid but it would be my first, so...you know. For fic, I can't write NC-17. I really wish I could but it's just too awkward for me to write about Mulder sticking his angry erection in Scully's vaginal abyss.
I will not write historical AU, slash, DRR (because I don't they belonged together), M/O, S/O, schmoop, marriage, pre-season 6 RST, breakup, or Mulder and Scully meeting pre-XF. Also not very good at writing mytharc.
Are you able to be a back up? Right now I'm going to say no, but closer to Christmas I may have the time to help out. I'm not sure yet. But if I can I will! I love making teaser gifts :)
