The help Erin be healthier and get skinnier program is now starting... yeah thats right, I'm starting my diet and exercise routines tomorrow... fun fun! Well, not really, but hopefully if I stick to my plans I will see results soon enough. University starts in two weeks as well - my mother went to the same uni I'm going to be attending, and she dropped three dress sizes in her first year (or less, I can't remember)!

Exercise: Walking/jogging/running first thing in the morning, followed by as many situps and pushups as I can handle, then laps in the pool in the evening.
Diet: For breakfast I am allowed up to 1250 kilojoules, made up by cereal or a slice of toast, milk or yogurt, and a piece of fruit. Lunchtime has 1500 kilojoules set aside for it, which can include sandwiches or wraps with salad or low-fat spreads, and a piece of fruit and/or some vegetables (like a potato!!). Finally, I am allowed to take in 1900 kilojoules at dinnertime. Generally at dinner am at mercy of whatever my mother has prepared, but I have to make sure to only have small amounts of dinner. I will allow myself a McDonald's cheeseburger once in a while... but I'm not sure what I'm going to do about my Coke obsession - I don't want to go to diet coke! Reckon I can handle it? <3
