It's been a while. I haven't been updating much cos I dun really feel there's much to update. But I need to keep writing, so this is it.
I had a blast last weekend as Ellen was in town. Besides giving me a much needed hug, she also brought along prezzies from dear CK and Adrian. Presents which were cleared purchased or made with me in mind. I really appreciate the thought guys. It means alot, especially when I've been having nightmares lately.
About the nightmares, which is odd cos I always figured I'd be too drunk to have a perfectly lucid nightmare, I remember one with a vicious looking snake staring right at me. Psycho-analysts feel free to analyse the dream for me.
But back to the blast of a weekend. I brought Ellen down to Nichome - like where else right? - and we had a drink at Advocates after a disastrous attempt to infiltrate a lez bar. But I was kicked out on sight, which I found insulting cos I've always felt I had a bit of a butch lez look going on. If I looked like Zac Efron I'm sure they would have let me in. Hmpft!
But Advocates made up for just about everything. With a free flow of beer til 9, Ellen and I drank like fishes, and met a few rather interesting people that night. Though I doubt I'm ever meeting any one of them ever again.
Another friend is coming in June, and we're heading to DISNEYLAND!!! I'm excited, and I think my boss just told me he's about to change my schedule so I can get two consecutive days off instead of the current Tues and Thurs. He also said he wasn't willing to let me transfer to another school in order to solve the current manpower problem. That was a compliment I suppose. I'm grateful no one hasn't rushed into the school complaining about how useless of a teacher I am. *wipes sweat off my brows*
I miss u guys. And I'll be back soon I promise. I know I always put things off. BUT I WILL BE BACK IN JULY! Just pray I dun get quarantined.
