happy almost casmir pulaski day!
i was so amazingly tired earlier today. but let's backtrack.
last nite my family went out to dinner at walker bros with erica, her family minus her dad, and jamie. ulcer! it was fun. then erica, jamie, and i went back to jamie's house so she could pack up stuff to sleep over and we drew on her walls. super school mirage! then jamie and erica came back to my house and slept over. we watched the spongebob movie: hip hip uhhhhhhhhhhh! hip hip uhhhhhhhhhh! we also played ping pong which we weren't very good at - failure! and listened to the internet is for porn (thanks for burning avenue q for me sajji! i love it!) and watched random snippets of dvds jamie had brought. help is so funny. so we were up till 3:30 or something talking (bra is short for something!?), and i woke up this morning quite tired.
i went to religious school and worked, which was alrite, but by then i was already falling asleep but could i go home? no, of course not. i had to stay and make hamentashen and decorate baskets with little kids! but not even cute little kids. like, 5th and 6th grade little kids. like my brother. and that kid named jack who's in the play. who knew he went to solel? o well.
but a compliment can really brighten your day. it sounds corny, but it's true. i was really pissed off, hungry, tired, and aggravated, and i went into the kitchen (at solel) for some reason i don't remember. the "principal" (who i don't particularly like) was there and she says, "michelle, did anyone ever tell you that you're worth your weight in gold?" or something like that and was saying how big of a help i was and how much she appreciated it. it was nice.
i watched tv for a long time when i came home. that was nice too. now i should be doing homework. i don't want to. i did a good deal earlier. what i really should be doing is practicing the flute. grr. don't wanna do that either!
haha i was reading feiman's entry about everything that makes you chinese and i figured i must be chinese! it's really weird. i/my family does so many of those things... quite funny, really.
i feel like i'm the only person who hasn't bought a dress for graduation yet... even tho talking to people at caruso or not in our little group, no one else has even begun to look. i want a dress! stupid parents who don't want me to get a strapless dress. i hope my mom really will consider it if we ever find that dress i saw at carson's. twas so pretty! *sigh*
