Regular, And Then Some

Organic Steel Cut Oats
Organic Sunflower Seeds from Santa Rosa, Pan Toasted
Organic Flaming Red Raisins from Santa Cruz
and
Raw, Unfiltered Honey made in the Community Garden at Langton & Howard

I've been eating this way for about four weeks now. By shopping at Rainbow once a week and the "Heart of the City" Farmer's Market twice a week, I have saved a ton of cash and the difference in how I feel is night to day...

I started because of the heavy amount of training I am doing for the ride, and I hope it will continue afterward... I make no promises to myself other than to try and to allow some indulgences now and then.

Oh, and I haven't had a cigarette in a week.
