I haven't posted in a while primarily because I'm always too tired whenever I think of it. Weird. I TRY to get more sleep like last night, but then my brain wakes up at 4am with no hope of falling back to sleep until near 6 and then I get up at 6:40. ugh.
Today was an interesting day to have an office with a window. It switched between an all-out blizzard (couldn't see more than 20 feet outside) to sun shining no less than 10 times throughout the day. Very weird frontal weather. Down in the 40's today, luckily we're getting back up to the 50's by the weekend. Too freakin early for winter to begin! I need a Fall first dammit.
I have to help my mother move her computer up north. They're selling their home in Racine and moving to their camp in northern WI. I get to have fun running a new phone line for them. Not fun when it involves drilling holes through the floor and subsequent insulation in the basement. blick.
Jason & Mike's housewarming was pretty fun last weekend. LOTS of people turned out so I didn't mind being there without the BF or the usual Morten/Darin crew. There were still plenty of ppl I knew to hang out with. Ended up drinking WAAAAAY too much wine. It was good! Wish I remembered what kind it was though. 2 usually gets me buzzed, but that wasn't happening. 3's my limit, but I as the night wore on there was a 4th and then a 5th. Good thing it doesn't take effect immediately so I didn't REALLY feel it until I got home. whew. spinning worlds = not fun.
This weekend was supposed to be Billy's Martini Party, but alas, moving instead.
Next weekend is Morten & Darin's Pumpkin Carving Party.
The weekend after is Halloween. We'll probably go out to Icon. It'll be sad not being in Ohio for the first time in many a year as was tradition. Here's a link to my costume this year:

Tuesday we're doing a Halloweeny Party for our usual Tuesday-night dinner crew as well as a few other locals who Charlie's inviting. Should be fun, we've already begun buying more decorations besides our 4 plastic tubs of stuff from previous years. Halloween is now out-pacing xmas for decorations. yay! That's how it should be. hehe! ;)
