It's Fall
It's fall, time to start winterizing and wonder why we live in northern climes that are uninhabitable for 1/3 year. This includes:
- Painting woodwork around the new windows so I can seal in another month.
- Buy a new front door and figure out how to get it installed
- Fill cracks with expanding foam, including window sills
- Burn the rest of the branches in backyard for the bunnies next for the winter
- Hire a someone to grind the stump
- Work on the basement bar
- Read Lord of the Rings again. Currently on Two Towers. It's a great Fall book/s to read yearly.
I need to start taking more vacation days. I have Friday off, but wanted to try to get out to golf in the afternoon if it warms up a bit.
Also started The 4400, Season 2. Pretty neat so far. Figures they cancelled it.
Studio 60 on Monday was promising. Definite West Wing vibe with the script/camera work/actors.
That's about it, back in my Mon/Wed rotation for karate so that's forcing me to exercise once again, which was sorely needed. Now I'm just sore. :)
