Faintly Troubled
That update was INSANE. I felt like I was reinstalling the game instead of just updating it. I guess there was a lot that was added (namely more zones in the Past and Campaign things) that would require a lot of files, but it was still rather large. Haven't really bothered with anything form the update, though I did manage to get Monomi:Ichi and I'm working towards getting the Retrace quest done tonight before 'namis. It isn't hard, just a lot of running around from the present to the past and such.
Got a few titles to add to my FFXI resume. Kirin Captivator and Simurgh Poacher. Xaryn happened to catch Simurgh strolling around outside the CN on Friday night and promptly everyone ran over to go OMGWTFBIRD. Does no one camp him anymore? For him to be wandering around freely on a Friday night is just... wow. No drop the first or second night, but we managed to get the boots the next two bird fights. Grats to Tats and Ding! I must admit I'm rather jealous about this... they're one of a few items that I'd like to get.

Gosh... I haven't really looked at much for either of my jobs. That was until I joined NO and was told to make a Wish List. Haha... SO much to choose from, and I STILL don't know what to put on the list. I decided to worry mostly about my THF, but Kuw suggested a few things for my BLM. Namely Novio's Earring and Zenith Mitts. Still not sure on Zenith Mitts... kinda liking Morrigans Cuffs more, but that a whole new world of pain to deal with.
People are coming and leaving NO at a fast rate, but everyone seems to be okay with this. I don't personally have a problem with it, just harder for me to remember who's who. I'll get it eventually.
