Black Mage 75. DING!
Finally.
Leveling BLM from 50 to 70 primarily by soloing was a tedious and often exasperating time. Innumerable deaths to reach camps in the middle of zones that have no other point then to torment soloing players was especially wonderful, and receiving tells that someone was slandering my name in shouts in Whitegate after I gave them some competition (at possibly the most annoying Newton camp ever) was just FANTASTIC. But it's finally over. Done. Finito. Not to say that I'm finished with BLM mind you. I'm only 800 xp into my level and FAR from finished with it, but I also can say that I'm 75 and not have to worry as much with hitting that hump again. Well not on BLM at least.
I need to level my staff skill....
I've also come to the realization that I'm terribly under equipped. At least by my standards anyways. I must say that they're much more reasonable the the Mandau I'd like to get form my Thief... eh heh. One can dream. Cecil has finally reappeared again, so I'm crossing my fingers for those HQ Elemental Staves I'm still missing (ie. want in a greedy fashion). I'm happy things are going better for him IRL though so I'm being very patient about these. Still need to purchase/acquire my Elemental and Enfeeb Torques, possibly Dark as well. I'm still debating on that. I'd rather do the BCNMs for these though and not spend the large chunk of money that they would require. There's other things to spend money on afterall.
Okay. Someone REALLY needs to explain Magic Attack Bonus vs. Elemental Skill vs. Intelligence. I'm told MAB is the most important of the three, but I'd like to know the reasoning behind it. Only reason this came up is because I was looking at my Wizard Gloves which have Elemental Skill +10 and my Igqira Manillas which have Magic Attack Bonus +2 and Elemental Skill +5. Really in the end I think I would like to have Morrigan's Cuffs, but that's me daydreaming that that will be sometime in the near future.

Things looking better, killed Proto Omega, camped Behemoth, Dynamis Xarcabard & Sand'Oria, Salvage, Jailer of Justice,Sky Gods x4. You know, the usual. Congrats to everyone that did get something from these. Hoping for many more in the future!
