So I decided to take a "Sick" day today.  Roxy was just not doing well so I had to make sure I did something.  So I took her to a vet.  The vet said she was very dehydrated.  That should not come as any kind of surprise.  After all she was throwing up water all day and night yesterday.  I feel bad because I kind of kicked her off the bed one ( Read more... )

Well today was productive, if stressful.  It was only stressful because I woke up late.  However, I did get meds for Roxy and found out that I can buy stuff to trick her into taking them.  Now I just need to find some more of those pill pockets.

Ah the start of the 3 day weekend.  Well today started out ok.  I learned that Roxy has an over active thyroid.  So now comes the time when I get to start medicating her.  So I REALLY need to start keeping my spending in check.  Mainly because the meds and check ups will run me about $100 a pop.  However, I love the kitty.  Lucky for me her ( Read more... )
