Gah I hate the support people I Have to work with most days.  Seriously, they get so hung up on an issue that has nothing to do with the actual problem itself.  I checked one support message and had yesterday's issue fixed with no problems.  Oh well it was a glorious waste of an entire day ( Read more... )
