Uhhh god... I feel terrible... after checking my nutrition on the body bugg site I am not surprised... while I do not think the numbers are 100% accruate... well... Today was a nice and productive day.  Those are so very rare.  I managed to replace my keyboard.  Finally no more having to deal with my crappy Cyborg out in my living area.  Now I need to figure out what to do with it.  I guess I could sell it... but meh whatever...
