so,as you may know,i was arcata,california [the northern area] for two weeks.i stayed with my stepdads half sister Ali[she would be my aunt] and her fiance Jonathan.the weather was never hot,it was nice.no humidity.lots of forests+mountains.and hippies haha.you dont even know.ill give you the day-by-day for those who are interested...
day1=the 1st flight,i was piss scared seeing as it was my 1st time flying.but the next 2 planes,i enjoyed it.at the SF airport i chatted with jeremy for like 40 min during my layover.when i got to arcata Ali showed me around.we went out for japanese food.some was good,some was gross.watched napoleon dynamite.everyone out there loves that movie.not a day went by where there wasnt quotage or reference.the firefighters especially haha.
day2=home alone all morning cuz jon's a fireman so he doesnt get home til morning,and ali teaches summerschool.when they both got home we went out for mexican.went to moonstone beach.ocean=neat.went to redwood forest.pretty much amazing.then i went w/ ali to babysit.we watched willy wonka n stuff.
day3=went out for smoothies+shopping w/ jonathan.picked up his friend ross+went to liquor store+more shopping/errands.later we all went to ross's parents cabin in willow creek.amazing weather.apple pucker+raspberry pucker=good.walked down to private beach on the river.so perfect-drinking,mountains,trees,seclusion.went back to cabin+got drunk.screwdrivers are your friend.we looked at the stars+saw some satellites.
day4=slept alot,woke up,ate banana pancakes,looked at wedding mags w/ ali.then i napped in a hammock for over 3 hours.heck yes.day consisted of sitting and relaxing.played some games.listened to ross's parents tell stories,ate,made smores.it was so great there.
day5=went to a music store+played guitar.went to a bagel shop.went to thrift stores.watched best in show.went over to their neighbors to smoke a bowl[each].ali=pretty damn cool haha.
day6=got sandwiches+had a picnic at the redwood forest park.went to alice's house [dan's birthmom] so i could meet her.then we went to the firestation to eat ribs.watched ferris bueller's day off.went home+watched napoleon.
day7=started to miss people.went to another,better music store w/ jon.went to ali's friends so they could "scrapbook" and make cards.so i rocked the compage.
day8=sat around home alone for a long time.watched movies n stuff.went to alice's to do laundry.went to a mexican resteraunt.
day9=went to fern canyon.on the way there,there was lots of trees+fog \m/.then went to a cookout at a firefigheters house.thought alot to myself [how no one is every going to marry me] on the way home jon was relly drunk,and giving me the alcohol 101.haha.then we talked about stuff for awhile,like how he has to carry alot of dead people when hes on medical aid.
day10=hung out w/ alice all day.went to a beach.went to eat pizza.went to an awesome cemetery.went to see her new house+another cemetery.met ali at an italian resteraunt.me+ali went downtown in arcata+walked around.watched a band play in some cd store.they were hilarious.i bought their cd.came home,then we walked to a store+bought alcohol.[boones!] got drunk while watching "go".then watched napoleon+had to drink everytime he said yes,skills,gosh,or sighed.good times.we thought the part where uncle rico takes out the little ship,and the fat lady goes "i want that" was hilarious so we rewound it like 5 times.
day11=went to shelter cove for camping.Ali's sisters met us there.they're pretty cool.got drunk+stoned.it was a really good drunk.we sat around the fire n stuff.
day12=went to blacksands beach+got drunk.walked way down to the end.well,stumbled.got burned badly.so now i have leprosy.sat around the fire+talked to the campers next to us.
day13=went to a beach.decided to go home.went to the crabs game [baseball].watched fireworks on top of the firestation.came home+did our own fireworks.got a lil tipsy and watched big daddy.
day14=belle+joe picked me up.their parents,alice,ali+jon met us at the sequoia park for a cookout.went to a tiny zoo.joe dropped belle off somewhere+we went back to his house to play instruments.watched some of pulp fiction til i started falling asleep.
day15=joe picked me up+we went to a pizza place.then went to the crabs game.went random places;got a belphegor cd.went to the movies+got in free cuz joe works at a theater.saw "land of the dead".hott guy working there kept smiling at me.so i would get all giddy.im ugly+was definately not looking my best.so i was like huh.went to a burger place.joe gave me an official napoleon dynamite movie poster,which sadly got a bit wrecked in my suitcase :(
but now im home!suckas...and the partay is tomorrow.fuck yeah.i like playng shows.and dom.and drinking.and face.ryan went with dan to pick me up last night.cuz hes fun.kbye.X
