Happy New Year, everyone! I don't know about you all, but I had an absolute blast. I hung out with a small yet interesting mix of old friends, casual acquaintances, and new people I had never met before... but it was so fun. I had a really good time. Michael Baxter in particular... man, I love that kid.We were best friends for a long time during elementary and early middle school, but we lost touch. And he was there! It was so awesome to see that guy again. He's like my little brother, and I hadn't realized how much I missed him until I saw him again. I hope we start hanging out again... I'd like that.
DDRing like crazy since I got the new one for Christmas. I am seriously half-obsessed with that game. :D
Oh, and I always hate New Year's Resolutions because I'm almost always on some kind of self-improvement kick and I don't see why people wait until January 1st... but anyway. I've decided that I'm going to make one for myself anyway... because it's one of my regular resolutions and it just happens to be made on this day. I resolve to take more chances. I'm always "myself" and I'm usually fairly brave... but every so often I let hesitation or fear hold me back and I settle for something less than what I could have gotten if I had only taken that chance. I don't do it very often, but I don't like that I do it at all, really.
