an update from me:
mainly the most interesting and great thing that has happened is that the German Kid arrived yesterday!! XD
HE IS THE MOST ADORABLE GUY EVER! seriously, i don't think any guy short of Christopher Haffad himself has ever been so nice and sweet to me. at the airport, kacie and i weren't really paying attention, so didn't realize when he came through the gate until i heard an excited "Hello!" and turned to see him come directly to me and give me a huge hug instead of the handshake or wave that i was expecting.
plus he's CUTE! i hate myself for liking him that way already and he JUST GOT HERE! but last night when he was showing me the necklace he and his mom picked out for me [they got us all gifts for some reason ^^] and making sure i liked it, it was such an "awwww" moment. and then the first time i saw him this morning was when i finally got up and let Brobolo out of my room so i could start my morning ritual [he was in my room because he kept barking at every slight movement Tim made in his room since he wasn't used to him], and the dog immediately rushed over to Tim's door and started barking. so when i walked out of my room a second later i looked over in that direction, and Tim was kneeling down in his doorway petting Brobolo's head and just looked up and smiled at me.
i swear i almost fell over. thank god the bathroom's right across the hall because i know i was blushing furiously.
not that i think he likes me of course, but it sucks that i'm sure he can tell i like him like that already. and i don't WANT him to know. because i don't want him to feel like i expect anything like that of him, because i DON'T. i want him to know that even though i like him, i will most definitely treat him like a brother/friend and nothing else. but i can't really say that now can i, in case he DOESN'T notice my attraction to him. paradox. it sucks.
anyway, we played Guitar Hero with him for 3 hours today. haha and it wasn't by our design; he became addicted to it too! plus he's good at it, so he enjoyed it all the more. after maybe five or six songs, he went ahead and moved on to the medium level. of course it probably helps that he's played a little guitar before and has great rhythm since he's an amazing drummer.
tomorrow we're going to the first football game and he's really excited about it, so it should be fun.
so apparently my feelings about dating younger men can now be overruled by two guys. fun fun
