Nightmare On Ridley Street....

I have been having a lot of really terrible nightmares over the past couple of months. I mean, to the point where it wakes me up and I'm incoherent and scared; like last night. Last night I had a dream that my mom and I were in Walmart or something and just talking to the lady at the desk. When we left, we were driving down some two-lane street and see this van driving ridiculous and it just begins to drive in the wrong side of the road. People are swerving and hitting their breaks to avoid this maniac, but he hits some car head-on. I dunno why, but even though we breaked, we just slammed right into the a pile-up. Ok, so time passes by in my dream and when it speeds up, it's dark and cops and ambulances are everywhere. For some reason, there's already a newspaper printed with the accident and it says, "30 injured, 7 dead in crash." So, I'm walking around looking for my mom and I'm seeing all the cars demolished and seeing people hurt and screaming. I finally get to our car (I don't remember getting out of our car, I was just already there) and I see my mom kind of going in and out, and she's hurt because I car flipped over. Then I look right next to it and my body is right there, but I've been decapitated and I see my own face staring at me and I see my headless body still in the seat.

I woke up sweating and nearly in tears and couldn't get back to sleep. I told Amber about this and she made me smudge my dreamcatcher, so hopefully all will be ok now. All day as I was driving, though, I kept thinking about my dream and I was driving "grannier" than usual. It just freaked me out really bad, so I'm hoping that my smudging my dreamcatcher will help. This one was just too real; it was past beng a nightmare.
