So, last night I went to...
HOOTERS!!!
haha! our waitress was really nice, brunette and she had small boobs. so not really what they show on their online menu. bastards. funniest part was poor brett desperately looking everywhere except at the girls boobs or butt in case i told him off for it. which i would have in a good natured way, but not in one of my cranky psychotic jealous girlfriend rage kind of moments. the food wasn't as bad as anticipated, although hell fattening i imagine. we had buffalo wings and steak nachos. we ate all the wings (10) but maybe 1/3 of the nachos. so two appetiser size dishes and we couldn't eat it all. madness.
i've been running 3 times, twice in a park. either it's slopes or the altitude has buggered my running, because i couldn't make it round more than 2.5 times. and i'm guessing the track length was maybe 1.2km's at the most. pathetic.
today i'm going to do our laundry (it better be a big fucking engagement ring when i get one) and go for a wander and take some photos of all-american houses. i'm totally in love with them. i odn't know what it is about houses, but everywhere i go i have to check them out and comment on them. maybe i should have been an architect. or an interior designer. house design and decoration is one of my little obsessions, although you wouldn't know it from looking at the way my house is furnished. (not badly, just not terribly creative).
i wish i could post photos. maybe next week.
tomorrow we are going back to chicago for the weekend, and then monday its NYC here we come. HOORAY!
