Where am I?
I rarely check this anymore but I figure if there's anyone on here that wants to know where I am, check facebook "Erik.kremsreiter" with or without the period.
I'm not sure if I will post anything more here.
Quick facts:
I live in a house now with a couple of people and things are going well. I have a kitty named Katia and I'm still working through stuff but these days it's more to do with personal growth and development in a fairly direct way. I think I'm pretty much over the past and I've been off meds for a bit over a year now and haven't had any depressive episodes or mood swings to speak of. St. John's wort is the strongest anti-depressant I take now and it works well for me.
I also still live in Phoenix area and am guessing I will for a few more years at least.
