Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, Devin had her first meal last night, a little over a tablespoon of baby rice cereal. She took the spoon pretty eagerly and ate well. Ladies and gentlemen, we have officially started weaning.

She's growing so fast!! *dies*

Ellie's been on rice cereal for 2-3 weeks now. We did green beans earlier, which went okay, but that was right before she got the cold and ear infection, so it's hard to tell if she had a reaction to it.

Tonight, we started sweet potatoes! She wouldn't even *open* her mouth at first, but once she got a bit in her, she opened up wide! :D

They do grow up fast...

I've been a bit lazy more than reluctant to start, heh, but she's been hungrier and showing signs. I just love how the literature I read said she might only eat a spoonful or 2 but Devin was packing it away ;).

Yay!! I'm glad she liked them. We got a couple fruits and veggies for her to try soon :).

*nods* That's pretty much it exactly. I love that she's growing up, but I miss my tiny little baby already.
