We took down our tree today. Of course, I, being the smallest and youngest, was sent under to unscrew the tree stand. I don't mind, it's my job to do it both putting the tree up and taking it down. Nothing spectacular or particularly amusing happened, other than finding two more ornaments while I was down there, but when dad came back inside from hauling the tree out, he said "Don't know how we missed this one," and held up one of the large decorative pine cones mom likes to put in the tree. Lot of water left in the stand, so I had to take it out and dump it.
Like I said, not that big a deal, but I noticed my entry from when we were putting the tree up and decided, what the heck, I'll mention taking it down. Impulsive, that's me. *g*
