くだらないことばかりさ でも信じていたいよ
My copy of Endless Game arrived today! It only took about a week to ship! ^_^
I already knew that I liked the song hearing it as the Kazoku Game theme, and I did watch the MS performance (multiple times.) I feel like Endless Game is edging up into being one of my favorite Arashi songs. I was surprised with Magic hour being such a cheery song, lol.
I like the Möbius strips on the discs and the inside of the case. Overall, I really like the aesthetic with the covers, booklet, and pv. The outfits are really pretty, even if I get confused because only some of the members are in member colors. ^^;
I usually like really cheery, optimistic, hopeful media, but I get really into dark/unsettling media in small doses (important to only have a little at a time.) My favorite Arashi song is truth, and I feel like this has a similar sort of dark feel to it that made me get into truth. It's a really interesting song, and I want to look up the words I don't know in the lyrics to understand them better. Endless Game is really good on its own, and it's such a good fit as Kazoku Game's theme song.
Out of the more idol-type pop groups I like, Arashi tends to use the complex words/words I just don't know more often. I don't know if it's because they're in the low-older range of idols or what. I'll have to look at other older Johnnys groups' lyrics for comparison. And re-check younger groups' lyrics.
