frustrated

been logging in food diary for quite some time now at least since first week of March and all I've done is maintain. I gained LOT in February about 3-5lbs. sucks the big one.
I'm quite frustrated since I could gain so quick and Lose so slow. I might try Intermit fasting on weekends. eat dinner Friday, eat dinner sat, eat dinner sun. the rest of the week I should probably eat the usual L-D and the late nite snack (I work off shift). sleep has been a problem for me so getting loads of that would be beneficial too. not enough water or veggies so that's a goal too.
