a while.
haven't weighed. lots of stress. good foods. bad foods.
I think the main thing is I wasn't exercising. so lots of flab and cellulite.
I've joined a 12wk challenge at work. I wasn't going to do it but because my skinny manager is going to join. I saw an old picture of myself and I really. REALLY. want to be back there.
