the recording of the instruments is complete. all that's left is to record vocals, mix tracks down, master and release the cd.
i fixed my acoustic guitar so the strings aren't an inch off the neck of the guitar now. simple as turning the neck tension truss rod a fraction of a turn. new strings are set for later.
i don't want school to start up in a few weeks.
gigantour with odel is tuesday which should be mucho fun. it's gonna be like ozzfest but shorter and without the few cheesy hardcore bands who play breakdown after token breakdown just to see which band can make a song with the most breakdowns/mosh parts in as little time as possible (a doezen furies, it dies today) and the shitty rapcore band (wicked wisdom). instead there will be nevermore, megadeth and dream fucking theater.
does anyone know of a good bass player in the rochester area between the ages of 17 and 22 who would be willing to deal with two or three local shows a month and/or rigourous touring?
