Choir this evening was really rather fine. I shall miss it when I graduate. All the singingness and the being insulted by Stephen. *sighs* It was fun, anyway, and the next time we rehearse (we have a week off next week) I shall have finished my finals!
Today there was a Russian film, and then there was PoG revisioning. The film was quite mad. Although you could chart the passage of time by the splendid beard of the chief protagonist. Some guy turned up who I swear has been to about 3 classes all year (though to be fair I think he WAS in the other discussion class so I wouldn't have seen him at those)... Am hoping the film will somehow help when I come to do the exam. Mrargh.
Politics of Gender revisioning went reasonably well - and I FOUND the quotation about adultery & divorce! Huzzah! Less luck on understanding the bastardy laws. Oh, and if anyone happens to know about the provisions of the Mental Deficiencies Act of 1913, please feel free to share. *sighs* Am trying to stay calm about it all. I think tomorrow I will be looking at political participation and possibly suffrage campaigns as well. Or I might just sleep. Could go either way, really.
Oh, and Theresia was in Cambridge for a day... not wishing to disturb my studying (bless her generous spirit in assuming I am working my socks off the whole time) she had left me a note in my pige. And a nici magnetic-stealthing-pig, which is really rather fine. It is now stealthing on my desk. Stealth. Stealth.
