Our smiles bring us love

QMi | PG | 665 words
So I was itching to write some QMi, because I love all the QMi that's been flooding communities lately, and I decided to contribute. ;-; YES I know I should be updating, but I'm so busy that I can only write a drabble. D:

It's the pure radiance of his smile that fascinates him to no end. As much as this topic was mentioned, it was well known about how Zhou Mi's smile was so radiant, bright, and just absolutely filled with joy. Smiling endlessly that still amuses Kyuhyun. And of course, when his smile were to hide away just for a little bit, it was as though twilight had decided to come along and submerge everybody's hearts. It wasn't like he always had to smile. It was just...nice is all.

At least that's what Kyuhyun thinks as he sits there, pretending to look like he's playing a computer game when he's really busy staring at Zhou Mi animatedly chattering in rapid-fire Mandarin with Hangeng, smiles and all. He barely misses the skip in his heartbeat when he notices Zhou Mi's eyes flickering just slightly towards him, flashing that grin of his, and resuming his conversation with the Chinese leader.

Kyuhyun kind of feels a pang within his chest when he watches Zhou Mi just going up to everyone, with that smile, on his face. He kind of wants to take Zhou Mi far, far away, bottle up his smile forever to stare at it until eternity, and keep everything that was and is Zhou Mi to himself.

-------

It was the significance of his smile that meant everything to him. As weird as it may've sound, Zhou Mi really treasured - maybe even worshipped - Kyuhyun's smile. It was because he never smiled enough. Not enough in his opinion, at the very least. He seemed grumpy and just plain snarky all the time, putting on a smile that did not define who he was. However, if Zhou Mi really put in the effort to make the younger male laugh, he witnessed one of the most beautiful things ever to be created.

It was that smile that described, and defined everything about Kyuhyun. It was almost as though he could just read everything about him by looking at it. To be absolutely hypnotized by his smile was not necessarily enough to describe how Zhou Mi feels about Kyuhyun. And whenever he happens catch Kyuhyun alone, dim written everywhere on his face, Zhou Mi had the urge to go right over there, and just do anything to make him laugh, smile, or just bring him happiness.

Because he needs it.

Zhou Mi desperately needs it, wants it. Wants it for himself, and only for him. He gets this weird thought during a recording in a studio, and immediately begins to take action. He grabs Kyuhyun by the wrist, ignoring all the complaints that are thrown at him, and corners him in some corner in the back of a lounge area. "What the hell, Mi, aren't we suppose to be recording?" Kyuhyun hissed.

"Kui Xian...can I have your smile?"

"...What?"

Before Kyuhyun could question any further, he finds Zhou Mi leaning against him, and milliseconds later does he find that their lips are being pressed into one. He feels like he's melting, warmth crawling up in every inch up towards his mouth. Kyuhyun whimpers softly as he feels Zhou Mi leaving him, lips brushing barely.

They stared into each other's eyes for a little while, before Zhou Mi gave him his signature smile all sweet and tender, love practically radiating just from it. Kyuhyun's eyes widened a little bit, and he ducked his head. However, Zhou Mi didn't need to be told, because he saw Kyuhyun smiling. Smiling for him.

"Yes...that's exactly what I want." Zhou Mi muttered before he desperately attacked Kyuhyun's mouth, the grin that was on Kyuhyun's face slowly being eaten away by Zhou Mi's hungry lips.

Moments later did they smile into their kiss, only to press harder, deeper against each other, all wanting for the same thing. Their smiles. As they stand there, lips on lips, they feel like they've exchanged a part of themselves with one another.

And that was their goal the whole time.

----------------

Um, okay, I think I just ruined the ending but whatever. For Kyuhyun's smile thing, that was my own opinion, because Kyu doesn't really smile as much as he does when he's with Mimi, so YEAH that's just my opinion. XD Please leave a comment on your thoughts~ ♥
