Sick but movie obsessed

Hey kids.
'Haven't had the greatest week. I've been sick with a sore as shit throat for four days, and on the fifth day of this sore throat I caught a bitch of a cold. And I'm randomly getting period cramps. So, yeah. Lot's of fun.
However, while I've been sick I've been watching lots of movies. Passing the time, you know? And I came across some of which quickly became some of the best I have ever, ever seen.

First one I saw was Imprint, which was decent. But that's it, it was decent. I would only give it about 2.5/5 stars. It was an interesting story, somewhat, but there wasn't much to play around with, as another reviewer of this movie mentioned. Plus some of the acting and the english was awful. Some were Japanese people speaking English. The guy who played the buddist spoke awful english. However the blue haired girl's english was actually not bad. And Billy Drago... uuuugh I liked him better in Mysterious skin. That's sort of where his over dramatic acting worked the best. But in this movie it was just silly.
Then I watched one flew over the cuckoos nest, and it was awesome. Just awesome. Macmurphy quickly became one of my favourite characters of all time. I am most definitely going to read the book. After this one I watched One hour photo, which was amazing. Fucking Robbie Williams man. Holy shit. Hooooly shit. He was amazing in this movie. He played a man who in his desperate attempt to be a part of a family slowly goes insane. And he pulled it off so freakishly well I was almost shitting myself. You don't expect comedy actors to be able to pull off serious roles, and to be able to pull them off well. Well, if you are one of the people who believe this, Rob Williams's performance in One hour photo and Will Smith's performance in I am legend are sure to change your mind. But the story and the deliverance over all were just amazing. I haven't seen a movie like this outside of Asian cinema in a while, and it was certainly nice to see that this movie, though not Asian, wasn't afraid to dig a little deeper.
Oh, and then I saw Big bang love, Juveline A. And wow. This was one of the most unusual, and best movies I have ever seen. I can't tell you what it's about because... it's not about anything specific. Watch it, you'll understand. Even more so if you're farmiliar with Takashi Miike. I will soon post a full on rant about this movie with some of my thoughts and analysis, perhaps after I watch it some more, because I have a lot to say about this movie and I have not the energy to write it all down now. Blame my cold.

I finally got my print for my third picture of my Body of work (it's an art project). I'll post the pictures after they're marked, how about that?
