i really like how it's so different when people are against something on LJ and FB... FB people groan and moan, but just get used to it and move on. it might help because it's so large, the change is slightly gradual.
but with LJ? one major change and the whole community goes crazy. it's like the whole LJ has joined up together to fight the evil new commenting system ♥ this is why i love LJ ♥
that being said... i wonder when will LJ go from the 'basic' html website (as in.. most stuff are still pretty 2005), to spazzy new html website (as seen on fb/twitter)? i just don't see it working with LJ... facebook and twitter are about constant updates, i think LJ is more about sharing. the older formats make things easier to share and manipulate.
