Unsharp Mask with the settings Radius 2.00, Strength 50, Clipping 5 =
New layer, fill with #be4242, set to Lighten 100% =
New layer, fill with #ffc0c0, set to Burn 72% =
New layer, fill with #f6c1ff, set to Darken 76% =
Duplicate base, bring to top, set to Saturation (L) 100% =
New layer, fill with #a07a7d, set to Exclusion 69% =
Duplicate base, bring to top, set to Luminance (L) 100% =
New layer, fill with #987572, set to Dodge 100% =
Duplicate base, bring to top, set to Mutiply 100% =
What has this done? It's darkened it a tad, that's all. I think she looks better with darker hair, don't you?
Your layers table should look like this:
Select all and copy murged, or you can murge all and simply copy, what you will. Take this texture by (?) and paste your murged image as a new layer. Erase background:

Take these textures by
creamuts (1) and
tender_color (2), apply both as new layers, both on Screen 100%

Now for the text. If need be murge your layers and flip the image as so:
TEXT ONE: Sawa, #987572, background colour only, ParkAvenue BT font, size 14, stroke width 0.01
TEXT TWO: As in "the sand you can't hold"
And "the feather blown by the wind", #987572, background colour only, Perpetua font, size 3, stroke width 0.01
If you've flipped the image, murge again and flip back - et voila!
