Pregnant... Siblings... Dang...

Well, It's official.

My Mother is pregnant.  Yep, pregooooo.  This will be her fourth child and my 9th younger sibling making a grand total of 10 kids (full-blood and half-blood siblings).

I had a feeling this was going to happen as soon as my mother moved in with her long-time boyfriend (they've been dating for the last 10+ years--they're practically married).  For the longest time, I've told her that I wasn't going to be raising any child she had with her boyfriend (his name is Jesus but everyone calls him Cholo--don't ask...).  It's not that I'm not going to like the kid, it's just that growing up I practically raised my brothers along side my mother.  Let's just say that at times they would call me "mom" and come to me for the same things that they would go to our mother for.  That developed because my mother worked alot while we were growing up and I would be the one at home taking care of them.  Basically, I'll babysit for my mother but I won't raise this kid.  (I'll call him or her Chibi--Chibi was the name used for Dee and Ryo's unborn child in "The Unexpected" by FAKEmpregnator on adultfanfiction.net--I thinks it's an appropriate name for now--for now since it's to soon for the gender to be known).  Well, as far as I know, the Chibi will be born late mid-December, early-January, but that's a rough estimate.

The only thing that I don't like about her pregnancy is age.  I know women can get pregnant up until they begin their menopause, but the older they are the higher risk the pregnancy becomes.  At least this will give her something to look forward to.  I know that she still falls into bought of depression since Jesse died.  Hell, so do I.  But with her having a child, this will make her focus on the future instead of the past.

Personally, I would like for the Chibi to be a girl since then I would finally have a sister who actually lives with driving distance instead of the 2-day non-stop drive to Jalisco, Guadalajara, Mexico to see my younger sisters, Esmeralda and Brianna.  But, it's alright if the Chibi turns out to be a boy.  Heaven knows I have enough practice to help make sure that he doesn't become a lil' disrespecting punk.

Gawdz... Another sibling.  I sure, my entire family doesn't know how to stop popping out kids.  It's no wonder that I have a HUGE family.

Both my younger brother, Raul, and I are in agreement that as long as our mother is happy, then we are happy.  I say this because niether my brother or I like or approve of her boyfriend.  It's a long story, but the gist of it is, he never earned our respect, and they, our mother and her boyfriend, did things which we found to be disrespectful.  Them getting together, fine--but not introducing the families to eachother until years later, not fine.  Neither of us ever met his family until about five years ago, and if you do the math, that after 5+ years of dating.  Yep...

Anyways, the Chibi will be accepted with open arms by both my brother and myself.  It'll be fun having a little rug-rat running about.  I'm going to make sure that the Chibi grows up knowing about the family, the importance of school, the importance of anime (XD) and the importance of become a well-rounded individual.
