That sounds awful! Take it easy, try not to get worked up because the adrenaline will only make you feel worse.

I'm not taking them anymore anyway. Took the last once yesterday and felt so crap again this morning that I'm not gonna bother with them. My mum is gonna phone the doctor soon and see if I can get something else instead.
