Intro Post! Yay!
I've recently realized that I'm getting better at making friends, so I thought that maybe I should make an intro post, so I can get all the awkward things about me and my interests out of the way. So, yay intro post! 8D
I call myself Zachary Jade Bonnet (it's French, so please do not say it like it looks - it's pronounced "bow-nay"), and I go by Zack, with a 'K' because 'Zach' is just stupid. It is not my real name, nor will you find my real name in this LiveJournal. It is not because I am paranoid, trust me. It is because The Powers That Be decided it would be funny if they made me biologically female, and I wholeheartedly believe that they were, in fact, wrong in making this decision. If this makes you uncomfortable, I suggest you leave now.
With one awkward truth about me out of the way, let us proceed to other things.
Oftentimes, I Speak Without Thinking, which gets me into trouble. Even more often, I Think Without Speaking, which gets me into considerably more trouble than you would think.
Around strangers, I am extremely shy, but once I get to know someone, it's hard to get me to shut up and/or go away. I cling to my friends like my life depends on it, mostly because it does. I'm loud and obnoxious and random. I burst into song and dance at any given time. I'm prone to chewing on my friends when they are near me, latching on to whatever body part is closest. Despite what they may say, I've never drawn blood on purpose. Honestly.
I draw almost constantly, and write just about as much. I would die without either. I listen to Way Too Much Music, Way Too Loudly and love every minute of it. I roleplay far too often, and go about my daily life in-character, just because it makes things more interesting. (And oh, hey, look. A list of all the characters I play. Fancy that.)
I go by a frightening amount of names. Some of these names are as follows:
-Zack (obviously)
-FiZ? (the first nickname I was ever given. It's stuck with me since I was in 5th grade and I have even more nicknames that spawned from this, such as Fizzykins, Fizzle pop, FiZ-wiz, and so on)
-Zee, Z, D, or B (because initials are cool, or something)
-KF (because I'm just that rad)
-Jay (because Robin)
I also respond to "hey you," "you there," and almost any other attention-grabbing phrase directed at me.
Things I should probably warn about:
1. I abuse (parenthesis), italics, run-on sentences, commas, and CAPS LOCK without remorse. I also tend to go a bit off topic without notice and get back on topic with even less notice.
2. I fanboy almost all the time and my flailings are generally about:
-my friends and the time I spend with them
-Young Justice
-Team Fortress 2
-Batman!
-various animes/mangas and their characters (including, but not limited to, Death Note, Bleach, Eyeshield 21, Fullmetal Alchemist, Bleach, DOGS, and Vassalord)
-various TV shows (including, but not limited to, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Supernatural, and Sherlock)
-when I write or draw something I am exceptionally proud of (most of which is pretty fucking gay. Consider yourself warned?)
-Role playing
-bands (including, but not limited to, AFI, Nine Inch Nails, Placebo, My Chemical Romance, and certain Fueled By Ramen bands)
-Lady Gaga
-Voltaire
-good fanfiction I've read
-good books I've read
-Shiny Things
3. I am, in fact, "three feet of angry" (which is a quote shamelessly stolen from a short-lived TV show called Four Kings, in reference to Seth Green's character, who is, simply put, short and angry, just like me.) I tend to complain a lot and go on rants about things and/or people that piss me off, which happens quite often. I'm extremely opinionated but I do listen to and accept other people's views. Other views make me warm and fuzzy inside, whether I agree or not. I like knowing not everyone is a sheep.
4. I write a lot of words and dates like a Brit, even though I'm not (I'm, sadly, a native Buffalonian.) I blame knowing British children at a young age, and growing up reading British literature.
5. I'm blunt and I don't sugarcoat things, which is partly to due with "problem" of Speaking Without Thinking. This probably makes me come across as an asshole, but I really don't care.
6. I am not a "grammar-nazi," per se, but if you cannot find it in yourself to type out the word 'you' because those two extra letters in front of the 'u' are too hard for you to manage, I cannot find it in myself to speak to you. Proper spelling and proof that you at least vaguely understand the English language (and spell-check) is not much to ask, I don't think.
7. Sometimes I go for days without updating. Sometimes I post three or four (or more) entries within a few hours. It depends on how busy I am and if anything strikes my fancy (or desperately needs to be ranted/flailed/or just LJ'd about.) I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may make in your f-list.
8. I am extremely politically incorrect. I do not feel the need to rectify this, because I am capable of Getting By In Real Life without getting into Too Much Trouble. I say "fuck" far too often. Some of my friends and I show our love by throwing words like "twat," "slut," and "hooker" at each other. If any of this makes you uncomfortable, the offer to leave still stands, of course.
9. I really, really like doing random surveys and memes. They happen in spurts, but when they happen, they are large spurts. Don't say I didn't warn you.
10. I use "lol," "omg," "gtfo," and "wtf" far too often (and sadly, in Real Life), but it's all gravy. I also abuse the use of smilies ( 8D is my favourite.)
I think that's all, but of course, there's probably something else. In fact, there's probably a lot of something elses. I'm sure this entry will constantly be under construction.

I really, really like flailing with and talking to people about random shit. I have a tendency to be online between 7am and noonish, due to working overnights, so, hit me up if you like. ^.^
