Touching Rupert was something that Fred knew she'd never tire of, and feeling him react to her, seeing the expression on his face as she stroked him, was amazing. She was doing this to him. He was reacting because of her ( ... )

Giles caught his breath and gave Fred a small smile. "It was brilliant, love. You're rather good at it," he said before softly kissing her. When he pulled away, he smiled at her suggestion. "I like that idea."

He stood up in the bathtub and helped Fred up. Pulling the drain, he then turned on the shower so they could rinse off. Giles then turned the shower off and stepped out of the tub. He grabbed a towel and helped Fred out of the tub before wrapping the towel around her.

Once they were dried off, Giles lead her out to the bedroom and pulled her down to the bed with him. "You feel so nice," he whispered in her ear before nuzzling her neck. "Have you ridden horses before? I meant to ask you before but got distracted by this rather beautiful angel."

Once they were cleaned off and dried off, Fred let Rupert take her out to the bedroom and happily snuggled up against him on the bed. It was so nice to be able to do this with him. She hoped that no matter what they had to do and wherever they went that they'd always have time to just be together like this ( ... )

When Arthur returned with the things, Giles smiled. "That will be all Arthur. If you could, please call up here when you leave," he called back. He heard Arthur say he would, followed by the sounds of him carrying the bags to the kitchen. Giles smiled at Fred and softly kissed her ( ... )

Fred was looking forward to going horseback riding with Rupert, especially when he told her about Ginger. She sounded like she was very special to him, the way he talked about her, and the fact that he thought that they'd get along meant a great deal to her.

"Sounds wonderful," she said with a smile. "I can't wait to meet her."

After they went downstairs, Fred knelt by the pile of clothes to look through it for something to wear. Arthur had purchased a selection of tops and skirts, she imaged since they were easier to fit a stranger never seen. There was, however, a pair of pants, which she decided to keep and wear when they went riding. She picked up one of the skirts and tops and changed into it then headed into the kitchen.

"I...ummm..." She didn't figure that Arthur would have gotten the makings for tacos, so she walked over to look in the cupboards, thinking for a moment. "Spaghetti sounds good, I think. I'm hungry, but I'm not quite sure how much I'm up for eating."

When Fred came into the kitchen, Giles shook his head. “No, I don’t believe he got any fixings for tacos, but we can go down to the store tomorrow, after riding, and get some things for tacos,” he told her before getting some pasta and sauce down. “I usually make enough spaghetti so there’s leftovers for lunch the next day.”

Leaning over, he softly kissed her lips before sliding over to the icebox to see what vegetables Arthur had gotten them. He was rather pleased to see the older man had gotten several different vegetables for them to eat. Taking out an onion, and some mushrooms, Giles went over to the counter and set them on a cutting board to cut them up.

“Tell me a bit more about yourself, Fred,” he said as he grabbed a knife and started to cut the vegetables. “We’ve been together all this time and I hardly know anything about you. I know you grew up in Texas, and went to school in LA but that’s about it.”

When Rupert mentioned that they could get the taco fixings after they had gone riding, Fred stood there for a moment, her eyes wide. She hadn't said that out loud, had she? She knew that she had a tendancy to talk out loud when she was thinking - it was left over from when she had been all alone on Pylea and talking to herself had been one of the few things to keep her from going completely crazy from the loneliness. She had taken to doing it again in the week after Rupert had died, before he had returned, but she didn't think ( ... )

Giles was sliding the vegetables in the bowl when Fred exclaimed about the tacos. He jumped a little and looked at her. "You said you didn't think Arthur had gotten fixings for tacos. I heard you," he said with a shrug. He placed the sauce on the stove, wondering why Fred would think he was reading her mind. Giles knew his magical power was stronger now but he'd never been able to read anyone's mind before.

Then suddenly it hit him. If Fred's senses were stronger when they were together, then who was to say they weren't connected on other levels. Looking over at her, he furrowed his own brow. "Perhaps I did. It sounded like you said it to me," he said, shaking his head. "Maybe it's our connection?"

He suddenly wished Cordelia was there so he could ask her. Some of this was rather confusing, and he wondered what else they could possibly do. "Too bad we couldn't have a chat with Cordelia about this," he said as he put a pot of water on the stove. "I wonder what else we can do together?"

"No, I didn't say it," she insisted. "I thought about it but didn't say anything because I knew that Arthur wouldn't have gotten taco fixings because I never told you that I like tacos, which I do by the way. You said you wanted to know something about me, so there you go. Tacos are my favorite food ever ( ... )

"Perhaps we're supposed to stumble along and figure it out for ourselves," Giles said with a shrug. He really didn't know what else to say. He did wish he understood things a little bit better, but he supposed Fred was right and they would figure things out as they went along. Giles just hoped they didn't hurt anyone, or themselves.

When she told him to think of something, he perked an eyebrow before smiling. "All right, love," he softly said.

As he continued to look at her, he through about them, naked, in a quiet meadow. He was above her, his cock sliding over her stomach as he moved down her body. And as soon as he was between her legs, he pushed himself into her as a soft breeze blew around them.

"Did you read that, love?" Giles asked with a cheeky grin.

"Maybe we're supposed to although it would be nice to know why," Fred said with a soft sigh. Maybe the Powers didn't want them knowing certain things about their own abilities until they needed it, but it made it harder in some ways.

They make it through, though. It they were stronger in many ways when they were together, that had to be for a reason, and she knew that they'd figured it out.

She had just thought that when Rupert agreed to think of something to see if she could read him the same way he had read her. A moment later, an image came to her mind - seeing herself from his point of view, sliding inside her. She found herself groaning and grabbing onto the counter to keep her legs from turning completely to jelly beneath her. Seeing that from his point of view...thinking about what it would be like to be beneath him on the grass...

"I...yes - oh God, I did..." she said softly, flushing a bit at the thought that he was probably picking up how much that had affected her. "That was...that was very evil, Rupert."

Giles grinned when Fred groaned and grabbed onto the edge of the counter. It was obvious she had read his mind. And as she stood there, his mind was flooded with what she was thinking. “Not evil,” he murmured as he softly kissed her neck. “I’m rather good, since I’m an Angel now ( ... )
