(ooc: Yeah, I know I said she'd be on hiatus...but it's my girl's birthday tomorrow! I can't have her miss that. =D)
So tomorrow's my birthday...
Usually I don't get too excited about birthdays. They're always the same each year...I wake up, don't feel any different, go to school, get a small package from the family, go to classes, and then go back to sleep. Sometimes I wish I would just get a feeling that says, "Wow, I'm a year older," but it never happens. I felt fourteen last year, thirteen the year before, and so on. In fact, I feel the same as I always do each year, so, technically, I feel newborn.
If that makes sense.
However, I have a feeling that this year'll be different. I mean, I'm turning sixteen. Isn't that supposed to be a big milestone for some reason? I've read in muggle books that muggles get all excited when then turn sixteen because they can get to different places using this rectangular thing on wheels. It's silly, really. We don't have to wait at all to ride brooms, and yet they have to wait sixteen years to move in a box. And boxes can't even fly unless you're Arthur Weasley!
I guess I'll just have to wait for tomorrow and see if I feel any different...
