alright so basically school has been crazy the past week. so much shit has gone wrong with everything in like 3 days. i cant even go to environmental without getting tears in my eyes the second i walk in anymore. and to top it off, today i got in an argument about tom loop getting fired from ponderosa and tookie williams getting killed.
ok so basically first off, tom "raped" a 14 year old and a 5 year old girl...why is he not in jail? and the thing that really set me off is that he didnt register when he moved to bath like all sex offenders are required to do for the rest of their lives. so i voiced my opinion on that and apparently "God forgives". i mean, dont get me wrong, i'm a churchgoer and a firm believer in God but come on now. God forgives? that doesnt even deserve forgiving. if those were my kids, he would be in jail for a long time. i really dont think its a safe environment for people to bring families of little children in there if he's a sex offender. but hey, thats my opinion that apparently doesnt matter to people.
now second off, tookie williams here killed 5 people and created the gang known as the Crips. why would he not have been killed a long time ago? now the same person that told me God forgave tom told me the same thing in this case. God forgives? so basically thats like saying "okay go kill someone because God will forgive you no matter what". no. i'm sorry thats not the way the cookie crumbles in my world.
