Grandma's are the best
Yesterday was great, it was my last day of work, my client did amazing and my boss gave me a nice little gift, me and my friend are on good terms (I don't know how but we are) so everything went great. I actually found out my boss is a pescetarian so that was pretty cool.
I went up to my grandparents after work and they live in the mountains and they live on a big hill and it overlooks an entire valley with a lake and everything so it sure is a nice little get-away. I love being here and my grandparents are amazing. They're hip, up on the times and tons of fun. My grandma even has Nintendo 64, she used to play it but now she's too busy. If you ask me, that's pretty sweet. The only bad thing is, when I come up here it's so relaxing I'm always tired and want to sleep haha. I love listening to my grandpa's stories with all the sound effects he makes...it really adds to the story, let me tell you. Listening to my grandma talk about stories of her life amazes me. They're such wonderful people, I wish I could see more of them.
I haven't been up to much here so that has been nice, and relaxing. At least I got to go somewhere this summer before I go to school. I seriously haven't gone anywhere this entire summer, not even to the beach and I live in Southern California. That is pathetic. Oh well, there are more important things in life then going places, and I suppose that also means that I'm growing up. I hate admitting that, but it's true. I'm going to be 20 years old in two months, and according to Stephanie that's "half way to 40." Wow, thanks.
Anyways, that's all for now. I'm ready for another full night of wonderful sleep. Happy Saturday.
