I've convinced my parents to bring me to a vegan restaurant when I get exam results in September, I reallly want them to try out some of the food. It's great that your family is so supportive!

How exciting! I'm assuming you're vegan, is your family all for it? Are there a lot of places that serve vegan food where you live? You're from Ireland right?

I'm not vegan, thanks to lack of money. I am vegetarian though and I don't drink dairy milk and generally I avoid dairy, but not strictly. They don't mind the vegetarianism, veganism I don't think they'd be too supportive of due to the expense. I am from Ireland, and not many places here serve vegan food. I'm lucky that I'm in the capital, where there's more diversity, so that if I actually needed vegan food I could get some. If I lived anywhere else in Ireland, probably not.

That's nice you live in that area then. Where I live there are no pure vegetarian/vegan restaurants but of coarse you can pick and choose certain things. I have to drive a ways to get to any good vegan place. That's awesome that you're vegetarian though, don't you love it? I feel so much better since I became one.
