I felt terrible yesterday. I don't know why, I hadn't missed taking the important pills, but I was in that stage where moving was nearly impossible. Eventually, I gave up on waiting for my regular meds to kick in and took a tablet of Aleve. It seems to be the best thing to take when I feel sore now because I can really tell that it works.

I really missed this journal a lot. It isn't particularly special or different from any other journals, but I just missed it. I really miss Kwon-BB. She and I used to text all the time until I lost my phone a couple years ago. It seems that no matter what, I can never really recognize the best times in life for what they are until it's gone.
