Spaghetti Napolitan Conquered
Tried Lovely Lanvin's Spaghetti Napolitan and it was fantastic!! A fast and easy recipe that will definitely be a favorite go to from now on.
What I learned:
* It's totally ok to make substitutes. I had sausages instead of ham and vodka instead of white wine.
* Once cooked, ketchup has a really nice mellow sweet flavor.
* Adding a bit of the pasta water back in at the end helps to thicken the sauce and bind all the ingredients.
This is an excellent recipe that was simple to make but had a complex flavor. Sweet, tangy, and spicy all melded into a beautiful symphony in my mouth! Bon Appétit!
