hey all tom here, updating and stuff.
this st paddy's day heather and i are heading up to new york to see the vines play the bowery ballroom. after that we're gonna spend tuesday shopping in the city. i'm looking forward to it as it will be my first trip to nyc to be in nyc, not to head upstate or up to new england, what have you.things in my life have been up and down lately. nick moved out, liz moves in, liz moves out, went to kasucon 08 (or should i call it katsickon considering how many ppl got sick when they got back. funny thing is, neither me nor heather got sick. i like typing like this. just writing the thoughts as they come out of my head and damn any semblance of order or continuity. this may 17 is my 24th birthday, and my 3 year anniversary with heather. im retarded for her. she makes my happy in a way that no one else has.i'm tired. i have for the last two weeks been falling asleep around nine o'clock or later. which is bad. because i have to get up for work at two and be out by four, four thirty. i've been extreeeeeeeemely lucky and made it on time thanks to my transpass. it was a hundred bucks but not having to fumble for two bucks every time saves me time and money, especially when i go to see heather. it costs five bucks to get from her house back into the city, thanks to that new fares system. i look at it like this: every time i use the transpass, i add two dollars if its the standard things, buses, trolleys, etc. and five bucks every time i get on the regional rail. so by the time the end of the month comes, i've already saved way past what i spent. but speaking of my job, it no longer sucks. mostly because i now get paid 15 bucks an hour instead of ten. and in a close second is the fact that i get off at one instead of three. the only problem with this is that i must know work 5 days in order to make my forty hours a week, which means less time with heather :( but an extra 400 bucks before taxes kinda takes the sting out ;) jk. i cant think of anthing else worth typing here so, yeah.
