I'm also really looking forward to Moffat taking over the show. Hopefully, there will be less silly, unrequited love plots and more with the "Are you my mommy?" and "Don't blink" plots.
Okay, so this was a couple days ago. The link goes to LKH's blog, so it may not be work safe. It's not really eye safe either. Anyway, I just had to quote this:
Jason Pollock passed away, as most of you already know. He was a giant of art in this country and in the world. He helped define the modern era. But he was someone I admired from a distance. There is power in his art, but it captured my mind, not my heart. Art touches you in different ways. Some of it goes for your emotions, for me Pollack's art hit my head, not my heart, but you couldn't look at his art and not have it impact you somewhere. His passing, seems to diminish things.
I think she means Jackson Pollock. You know, the abstract impressionist painter that died in 1956? Sydney Pollock died on May 26th, but he was a director. I suppose that makes him an artist, but... You know what, I think my head will explode if I try to decipher her babbling. I'm just going to point and laugh.
